Frequently Asked Questions

Your Guide to Junk Removal

Got junk?

Here's everything you need to know about our removal services

Is Jorys junk removal and hauling LLC a cleaning service?

No, we are an Entire House Clean Out company. We remove the contents of a home and give the rooms a quick sweep. We do not 'clean' like a cleaning service would.

Do I need a permit for demolition services in my area?

Most municipalities require a demolition permit; however, call or text us, and we will gladly check with your city for you.

How does pricing work?

Give us a call or text a few photos from different angles, and we can offer you the fairest and most immediate estimate.

What do you offer that other companies don't?

We offer the equipment and knowledge to remove items from your home or business safely and efficiently. We have a fleet of vehicles and machines that will do the job!

Do you remove boats, cars, trailers, mobile homes, and items of that nature?

We do! We have the equipment to do so safely and comply with US DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.

How much notice do I need to give before a job?

Typically we prefer to do an estimate a couple of weeks before the job. That way, we have time to set up a crew a few days before and have a dumpster delivered the day before the appointment. However, many times we can get a job done with less notice. We realize closing dates can pop up quickly, and we do our best to work with the customer.

What do you do with the contents of my home?

Most of the contents are put in a dumpster, or a trailer, then hauled away and disposed of. We recycle clothes, metal, and, if possible, furniture.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and all major credit cards. However, all credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee.
